The defendant in error, plaintiff below, recovered judgment against the plaintiff in error, defendant below, for damages for the alleged negligent destruction by fire of certain buggj.es upon defendant’s right of way, the buggies having therefore been consigned to her and shipped over defendant’s line of railway to Garland, Wyoming.
