MOORE, Circuit Judge.
Libelant-appellant, Raymond Quintín, a seaman, filed a libel against Sprague Steamship Company (respondent-appel-lee) and The Texas Company (respondent) for damages, maintenance and cure, claiming that he had contracted tuberculosis or that this disease had been aggravated because of appellee’s negligence and the unseaworthy condition of the vessels of both respondents during the times he was employed thereon. The trial court awarded appellant $1,715.80 against The Texas Company for maintenance and cure from February 1953 to September 1953 less costs and otherwise…
