This action comes before this court on defendant’s Motion to Dismiss. The court finds that it lacks jurisdiction to entertain this case, and hereby dismisses the action.
Background
Plaintiff, Washington International Insurance Company, is the surety on Continuous Bond No. 108707163, placed with the Customs Service (“Customs”) by the principal, Sergio Valente Apparel, Inc.
