This is an action to subject real property, the title of which is in the name of Ida Crossfield, to the payment of a judgment against her husband, L. L. Crossfield. The trial court made findings of fact and rendered judgment for defendants. Plaintiffs have appealed.

Broadly speaking, it is argued that Ida Crossfield is estopped from claiming ownership of the property or from contending that it is not the property of her husband. Specifically appellants complain of findings of fact made by the trial court and of its refusal to make findings…
