*1228In this succession proceeding, Bryon K. Tedeton, Sr., son of Clayton L. Tedeton, decedent, appeals the trial court's dismissal of his petition for probate of a purported olographic testament by the decedent. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court's judgment.

FACTS

Clayton Tedeton died on July 5, 2007, and it was initially believed he died intestate. Clayton is survived by his wife, Patsy Jean Tedeton; son, Bryon "Kirk" Tedeton, Sr.; and two daughters, Deborah Davis and Pamela Savage. After Clayton's death, Patsy visited with an attorney concerning…
