Appeal by an employer and its insurance carrier from a decision and award of death benefits to claimant made by the Workmen’s Compensation Board.

In his employment by employer appellant as a writer and science editor decedent, under a special agreement with his employer, entered upon a prearranged automobile tour from New York to the west coast, the itinerary including the visits of divers places enroute to afford material for the subject matter of articles which decedent was to write and send to his employer.
