We feel constrained to state our views which seem to us to follow and to be in accord with those expressed in Matter of Lewis v. Knappen Tippetts Abbett Eng. Co. (304 N. Y. 461), decided two sessions back. We are the more inclined to do this since if there is to be a distinction between employee journeys made solely for work and those combining vacation and work, that should be called to the attention of employees for their protection and to the Legislature as well.
