This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion for Preliminary Injunction (# 13), Defendant Stephen Wolfram’s Motion to Dismiss Complaint for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction (# 30), and Defendants’ Motion to Defer Ruling on Preliminary Injunction (#48).
