Statement of the Case

Arthur J. Eagan, Jr. (hereinafter, the Debtor) filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 701 et seq. (hereinafter, the Code). The Debtor filed a complaint to void a security interest against the Debtor’s estate held by a secured creditor, Household Finance Corporation (hereinafter, HFC) listed in the Debtor’s schedules.
