This appeal involves the interpretation of some of the Registry Acts.

The main facts are undisputed. The appellees as the owners of a lot of land, with improvements thereon, in the City of Frederick, filed a bill seeking to restrain the appellants from proceeding further to execute a writ of fieri facias against their said property, for the purpose of collecting a judgment recovered by the appellants, George L.
