CERCONE, Judge:

This appeal comes to us from the judgment of sentence of life imprisonment imposed after a jury found appellant, James Gray, guilty of murder in the first degree. Appellant was also convicted of criminal conspiracy, possession of instruments of crime, and aggravated assault. 1 The lower court imposed concurrent sentences of five to ten years each on the convictions of criminal conspiracy and aggravated assault.
