Judgment modified as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice and as modified affirmed, in accordance with the following memorandum: Defendant, aged 17, entered a plea of guilty to a charge of manslaughter in the first degree, in full satisfaction of an indictment charging, inter alia, murder in the second degree, on the ground that he was acting under extreme emotional disturbance.
