Plaintiff Santiago Morales (hereinafter “Plaintiff’ or “Morales”) brings this action against his employer, Rent-A-Center (hereinafter “Defendant” or “RAC”), alleging unlawful employment discrimination based on his race, national origin, and sexual orientation.
