The defendant, Terrence Sylvia, appeals from a Superior Court judgment revoking four previously suspended sentences and sentencing him to serve eight years at the Adult Correctional Institutions (ACI) for violating the terms of his probation. 1 This case came before the Supreme Court for oral argument pursuant to an order directing the parties to show cause why the issues raised should not summarily be decided.
