Two separate proceedings are now before the court for the reorganization of a group of first mortgage participation certificates issued and guaranteed by the New York Title and Mortgage Company and known as series C-2. The principal amount of the certificates is $24,419,857.83, of which $235,069.29 represents the unsold portion, including certificates held by the *669title company. The principal amount of the 102 mortgages securing the certificates, including foreclosed mortgages, is $24,348,726.48, while the cash collateral available for the payment of principal is $71,131.35.
