Plaintiff, Vivian Walker, brought this action as beneficiary to collect the proceeds of two life insurance policies issued to her deceased husband, Harry V. Walker. Decedent had been an employee of the Bank of America (hereinafter called the bank), which was the policyholder of two group insurance policies issued by defendant.
