ODEN, Justice.

John C. Bradford, d/b/a Brad’s Petroleum Company, and the United States of America, have perfected the appeal from the portion of the judgment entered by the 44th Judicial District Court of Dallas County, Texas, decreeing, pursuant to the Uniform Declaratory Judgments Act, Article 2524-1, Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat, that National Distillers and Chemical Corporation was the equitable owner of certain oil producing properties held in trust by Robert E.
