OPINION

GONZALEZ, Justice.

This is an appeal from a take-nothing judgment in a wrongful death action. Appellants, plaintiffs below, are the wife and children of the deceased, who was electrocuted when his rig came into contact with a power line owned by appellee. Appellants filed suit against appellee and alleged various acts of negligence. The jury found all liability issues against appellant.
