This lawsuit was filed by the plaintiff against the defendant on the 15th of October, 1955 and arises out of the purchase of the Esperance Plantation, which is located in Concordia Parish, Louisiana, and was purchased by J. P. Morgan, the defendant, on or about the 30th of December, 1940.
