The Board of Trustees of the Firemen’s Pension Fund of the city of Park Ridge, the Park Ridge Professional Firefighters’ Association, and the city of Park Ridge (plaintiffs) brought this action for administrative review (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 110, par. 264 et seq.) of a final decision by the Director and a hearing officer of the Department of Insurance of the State of Illinois (defendants).
