The former District Court of Puerto Rico, Ponce Section, found Moisés Hernández Turell guilty of a violation of § 1Ü of Act No. 220 of May 15, 1948 (Sess. Laws, p. 738), as amended [Bolita Act], and sentenced him to an indefinite term of from 1 to 5 years imprisonment in the penitentiary at hard labor.
