The facts in this case show substantially that on November 9, 1932, the day after the November election in Buena Vista county, the ballots from all precincts were received by the county auditor, and that in the afternoon of November 9, he placed the sacks containing the ballots in a vault on the basement floor of the courthouse; that the auditor’s office had a vault on the first floor of the courthouse.
