MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Plaintiffs’ Motion for a Scheduling Conference, filed March 31, 2015 (Doc. 279)(“Motion”). The Court held a hearing on May 12, 2015. The primary issues are: (i) whether the Court should reopen discovery on issues relevant only to class certification; and (ii) whether the Court should set a scheduling conference to establish deadlines applicable to the remainder of this case.
