This matter comes before the Court in connection with the Debtor’s motion for authority to pay various operating expenses and the objection thereto by Greyhound Real Estate Finance Company (Gref- co) claiming that such payments would be made with its cash collateral. The Unsecured Creditors’ Committee has joined in this dispute which has essentially become focused upon the extent to which the funds of the Debtor are Grefco’s cash collateral.
