Before me is Uniontown Newspapers, Inc., d/b/a The Herald Standard's (Requester) petition for attorney fees as part of its enforcement action against the Department of Corrections (DOC) for violating the Right-to-Know Law (RTKL)1 (Fee Petition). Requester's Fee Petition relied on my findings and conclusion that DOC committed bad faith under the RTKL. See Uniontown Newspapers, Inc. v. Dep't of Corr., 185 A.3d 1161 (Pa.
