The evidence establishes to my satisfaction the following facts:

In the spring of 1929 plaintiff was introduced to the defendant Divine. Thereafter she became one of his devoted followers and gave him some of her furniture and linens. In the course of time, while she was vacationing in the so-called kingdom and making weekly visits, defendant Divine advised her not to keep her money in banks but to deposit it in bis “ Heavenly Treasure ” for safekeeping, and promised that it would be returned to her upon demand.
