This matter is before the Court, sitting in admiralty pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1333, upon the motion of plaintiffs Tennessee Valley Authority, Entergy Services, Inc., Arkansas Power & Light Company, and Mississippi Power & Light Company (collectively, “TVA” or “Plaintiffs”) for partial summary judgment on the issue of depreciation.
