The appellee, Juanita Hill, filed suit in the Garland circuit court against the appellant, Hot Springs Street Bailway Company, to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been.received as a result of the negligence of the appellant while it was engaged as a common carrier, operating motor buses over the streets of the city of Hot Springs, Arkansas.
