OPINION

HERLIHY, Judge.

The matter before the Court is a motion for summary judgment by defendant Affiliated Central, Inc. [Affiliated] against plaintiff Donegal Mutual Insurance Company [Donegal] and defendant Tri-Plex Security Alarm Systems [Tri-Plex],

Donegal has filed a negligence and breach of contract action against Affiliated and Tri-Plex seeking compensatory damages. Affiliated’s motion for summary judgment claims that its liability is limited to $250, as a matter of law.
