OPINION

YANEZ, Justice.

This appeal is brought to challenge the admission of the will of Ronald Teal to probate. We affirm.

Background

On August 4, 1987, Ronald Teal signed the will at issue in this appeal. In 1990, Teal married appellant, and he remained married to her until his death in October, 1999. Appellant was in California at the time of Teal’s death, and when she arrived at Teal’s home several days later, the proponent of the will and several other people were already at Teal’s residence, sorting and boxing his property for storage. 1 The will was not found in the initial search, but was…
