Indigenous to her name and the scriptural tradition that all things must come in pairs, the NOAH’S ARK is back again to provide the second of a pair of appeals from a pair of trials involving a pair of claims for salvage and for damage done by the salvors. On the prior appeal, 5 Cir., 1961, 292 F.2d 437, 1961 AMC 1641, we reversed and remanded the case for a further trial on the “crucial matters occurring after the Noah’s Ark slipped off the sand dredge.” We affirmed much, however.
