Plaintiff in error was charged in an information filed by the State’s attorney of Rock Island county with violation of the Illinois Prohibition act. The information consisted of two counts. The first count charged possession of intoxicating liquor, and the second count charged the manufacture of the same. A capias was issued and plaintiff in error arrested on the day of the filing of the information, and he was on that day brought into court and arraigned and pleaded guilty to each count.
