Vance Roy Clark, a Missouri inmate, appeals the district court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of the defendants in this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action. We affirm.
On June 23, 1992, pursuant to an order from Michael Groose, Superintendent of the Jefferson City Correctional Center, Clark was placed in Temporary Administrative Segregation Confinement (TASC).
