Plaintiff in error, hereinafter called defendant, brings to this court for review the record of his conviction for contempt of court.

The record discloses that in a divorce action, instituted by defendant’s wife, a decree was entered awarding her a divorce, the custody of their three minor children, all the household furniture, fixtures and furnishings, then in their home, occupied by her, and ordering defendant to pay her for the support of herself and children the sum of $65 a month.
