After a lengthy and complicated hearing before the circuit court without a jury, Bernhard Rosee (plaintiff) recovered a judgment for actual damages of *339,139.42 against Baggot, Morrison and Haywood, jointly and severally; and judgments for exemplary damages of *150,000 each against Morrison and Haywood.
