This is an appeal on the part of the defendant individually and as the executrix of the last will of her deceased husband, Joseph H. T. Watkinson, from a judgment of foreclosure of certain street assessment liens.
The property affected by the action consisted of a large number of lots situate along the northeasterly side of Pullman Avenue, in the city of Richmond, all of which lots belonged to the appellant’s testator in’his lifetime.
