OPINION

COLE, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiff Houda MakM, on behalf of herself and her deceased husband, Mohamad *37A. Baghdadi, appeals the grant of summary judgment to Defendant Farmers New World Life Insurance Company (“Farmers”) on its claims relating to Farmers’ denial of coverage under the $100,000 life insurance policy on Baghdadi, based on alleged misrepresentations in the insurance application. For the following reasons we AFFIRM the district court’s judgment.
