This is a suit by the judgment debtor to restrain the enforcement of a judgment in the hands of an assignee and to establish the superiority of an equitable set-off over an attorneys’ lien on the judgment. Bessie M. Mercer commenced an action against plaintiffs Arthur C. Parker and C. C. Griffith to recover damages on account of fraudulent representations made in a .certain real estate transaction.
