OPINION OF THE COURT

ROSENN, Circuit Judge.

This opinion disposes of the appeals of four defendants who were convicted, in a consolidated trial also involving one other defendant,1 of various violations *1166of the narcotics laws.2 The facts of the case are comprehensively set forth in the opinion of the district court denying all of defendants’ post-trial motions, 368 F.Supp. 697 (E.D.Pa.1973), and we repeat only those facts necessary to our disposition of these appeals.
