These three related appeals arise from a dispute between a homebuilder and its dissatisfied customers. Carol H. Holloman and James L. Holloman filed an action against D. R. Horton, Inc., the homebuilder, David Mackey, Horton’s representative and construction manager, and John M. Lawler, Community Development Director for the City of Norcross.
