Plaintiff Ahmed Zubair (“Zubair”) brought this action against defendants En-Tech Engineering P.C. (“EnTech”) and Soudabey Bayat (“Bayat,” together, “Defendants”) alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. (“FLSA”) and New York State Labor Law (“NYSLL”) by failing to pay him for certain overtime hours he worked while employed by EnTech as a chief/senior inspector.
