Appellant, Stuart Little, appeals from the trial court’s order that granted summary judgment in favor of appellees, Susan Needham, individually and d/b/a/ Needham Stables and Sam Houston Feed & Supply and Alan Needham, individually and d/b/a/ Sam Houston Feed & Supply II (collectively, the “Needhams”).
