Jeffrey C. Charles appeals his judgment of conviction stemming from an incident on December 10, 1993, in Omaha. Because we find that there was no error in the jury charge as claimed on appeal by Charles, we affirm.

Donald Boggess, whose convictions were affirmed in an opinion of this court dated May 16, 1995, and Charles were tried together to a jury in the district court for Douglas County on June 7 through 10, 1994, for crimes charged in connection with an incident occurring on December 10, 1993, in Omaha.
