MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

Plaintiff, Jeff Peace, a prisoner of the State of Nevada incarcerated in the Northern Nevada Correctional Center, filed a civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 on May 9, 1985. (Court docket # 1). Named as the defendants were Susan Baker, Deputy Sheriff of Matagorda County, Texas, Identification Division; S.L. “Sam” Hurta, Sheriff of Matagorda County, Texas; and Thomas Green, Deputy District Attorney of Clark County, Nevada.
