The parties to the action will be referred to as plaintiff and defendants, as they appeared in the trial court. The plaintiff, W. E. Grisso, commenced this action in the district court of Seminole county against Mil-sey, Peter, Phenie, Samsoche, Lilly Alexander, Toney Alexander a minor, and Jim Tiger, his guardian, J. A. Patterson, and G. T. Bruner, defendants, by filing his petition in said court on the 14th of October, 1920.
