2Per curiam

On October 18, 2010, the respondent pleaded guilty in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut to count 33 of a 38-count indictment, to wit, fraud by wire, in violation of 18 USC § 1343. The respondent admitted under oath that he had participated in a scheme and artifice to defraud and to obtain money and property by means of materially false and fraudulent pretenses.
