OPINION OF THE COURT
2Per curiam
Following his conviction after a trial, on November 12, 1999, the respondent was sentenced in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York before District Judge Denis R. Hurley, with respect to the following: conspiracy to commit wire fraud under 18 USC § 371 (one count), wire fraud under 18 USC § 1343 (three counts), and money laundering under 18 USC § 1956 (one count). He was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 53 months on each count, to run concurrently, followed by three years of supervised release. He was also directed to pay restitution…
