*160This is an appeal from a judgment, based on the verdict of a jury, fining the defendant, Adams Express Company, $200.00 under an indictment, charging the company with delivering to Anee White at Chavies, in Perry county, Kentucky, where local option is in effect, a shipment of intoxicating liquor marked as being for personal use, it being alleged in the indictment that the liquor was not intended for the personal use of Anee White and that the company, when it made the delivery, had knowledge of this fact.
