Jerry Urkevich (Urkevich) appeals his convictions and sentence after a jury found him guilty of one count of conspiracy with intent to distribute methamphetamine (Count I), in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1), and 846, and three counts of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense (Counts II, III, and V), in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c).
