CONNER, Chief Justice.

Mrs. Jennie Johnson, joined by her husband, Ed. Johnson, instituted this suit against C. C. Haile, W. G. McCarty, and others unnecessary to name, to recover parts of section 3, A. C. H. & B. surveys in Dickens County, of which she alleged she had been dispossessed by the defendants.

It js undisputed that Mrs. Johnson is the owner of said section 3, and that the defendant McCarty is the owner -of the west one-half of section 4 of the same surveys, which adjoins survey 3 on the east. C. C. Haile was in possession and claiming land on the north of the sections named. The…
